Syed Noor still following the Old School Techs
After watching the trailer of the movie one could really feel that "Waqai ab tou chain bilkul bhi aye na". LOL!!!
Syed Noor's old school techniques of film making still lay with him in this age of innovative cinema where emerging talent is making a mark in the local film industry. After a long gap, the formerly known 'King of Pakistani Cinema' Syed Noor has resumed his game with a leap of faith, having the same idea in mind that the results would be as interesting as before.
However unfortunately the outcome is unexpected for him. Having years of experience in this field, the director never came up to a steady point to stop and think if whatever he was doing was going in the right direction. With all due respect Sir, but this really was a bad idea.
There are a number of flaws in just the making of the movie's trailer. First off, the length of the trailer is just so long that for almost 5 minutes one cannot even tell what they are actually watching. Yet the ending is abrupt with graphical fonts and animations similar to Microsoft Powerpoint. Secondly, the trailer opens with "Chain Aye Na" - Believe in miracles. I mean what on earth were even they thinking while picking up this cheesy line with hearts hanging from a tree twig and snow flakes all over along with a fake animated couple in the middle of the screen. Anyways as we move forward we hear the customary sounds of Saxophone that takes us back to the era of 90s I'd rather say. And then there is the hero of the film none other than Shehroz Sabzwari as probably Ronnie?
The cast of the movie adds up to this disastrous catastrophe upon the audience of Pakistan. Shehroz Sabzwari a TV actor actually picked up this one as his cinematic debut. Anyways then there comes the heroin, former Miss Pakistan Sarish Khan, a complete flat face (zero expressions). And then there is Adil Murad whose exasperating performance makes us wanna leave the planet for once.
Nevertheless where there are films like Yalghaar and Na Maloom Afraad on the credit of the Pakistani cinema, there are also movies like Chain Aye Na that exist at the same time.
Enjoy the trailer below and don't forget to comment.
