The average adult body is made up of 55-60 % of water as a substance, so it is extremely important for a healthy intake of water and to replenish the important minerals. You must have heard from women mostly that they focus to stay hydrated with best prevention of clogging pores is to drink lots and lots of water. Most of us do not make it a habit to drink ample amount of water and fail to adopt it as a priority, resultant many diseases and illness can occur during any age.


We have hunt down some of the symptoms allied with the deficiency of water that may be alarming in every directions, this simply would indicate that you are not drinking enough water to restore your hydration.

Dry Skin:
We know when the seasons change the texture and formation of our skin cells adopt the weather eventually, but what if your skin feels dry even in hot summers and seem dull most of the time? Then you got to double check your water intake. At times the temporary solution might be the usage of moisturizers and lotions that would do good but often it does not seem helping enough. Find a permanent solution and grab some water for a healthy skin.

Severe Headache:

When you are dealing with the worst scenario of experiencing ugly headache with each passing time, then you must be reaching out of water. It is as similar as if your phone runs out of battery and immediately you provide the power cord to restore energy, therefore human body requires energy that keep the organs hydrated with water. These painful episodes can only be done with super water intake, however the deficiency of water might initiate migraine aswell.

Fatigued and Lethargic:  

Sit down and focus on your daily routine. How constructive and productively you spend your day. Do you take cat naps in between much? Or just gets bored quickly? Then you are dehydrated as feeling tired all the time can be alarming. Try to note down the number of glasses you take within a day to ensure the quantity of water you take everyday. Dry Mouth:

At times when the water intake is not enough then your mouth becomes dry and tongue is stickier, these are the clear symptoms that indicates water deficiency. Most of the people miss this sign and are excessively thirsty, it clearly shows that your body is extremely dehydrated. Try to replenish your intake with plain water to avoid any medical illness.

Weight Gain:

Maybe your measuring tape is not telling a lie but it’s true that some pounds have been increased since the water intake has been reduced. According to the research drinking some amount of water i:e: 500ml can boost the metabolism by 30%. Drinking less water can encourage the waste material stay and do not allow the food to perform digestion accurately and can cause constipation that makes way to enter more diseases alike. When your digestion is not well treated than our body is prone to gain weight more. Your body needs fluid to pass the waste material, dehydration can lead to a chronic constipation. Try it yourself when you increase your water intake your bathroom activities may be improved.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI):

The most unpleasant and uncomfortable experience one could have due to the deficiency of water. UTI is caused to due to the bacteria that passes in after the intercourse or by not cleaning/wiping after using the bathroom, however dehydration is also one of the factor that allows the bacteria infect the urinary tract. Drinking ample amount of water can actually help to flush out the bacteria from the bladder. When you do not feel the need to urinate or the color is exceptionally dark then you must see your physician to find some help.

Mood Swings and Agitation:    

Feeling irritated all the time can be another indication that your body is dehydrated. According to the research minor dehydration can lead to neurological changes. It changes one’s ability to seek distress and an individual could not concentrate. Hence, if you feel agitated and annoyed then pour yourself some water to recover.
